This amendment
removes the emergency preamble. The
Other Special Revenue Funds allocation is moved from fiscal year 2023-24 to
fiscal year 2024-25. The amendment also removes the transfer from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund and replaces it with a transfer
from the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Bureau of
Consumer Credit Protection, Other Special Revenue Funds account. |
