Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $10,800,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 for emergency one-time funding to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, $8,900,000 to cover projected operating losses in the fiscal period beginning January 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024 and to sustain and improve acute behavioral health care services and $1,900,000 to Spurwink Services to acquire Tri-county Mental Health Services.
