Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,248,600 in fiscal year 2024-25 for 2 Management Analyst II positions, to contract for a fiscal agent and attorney to manage the trust, for financial literacy training, for funding to offset expenditures previously paid with a child's federal benefits and for a one-time appropriation for required technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
