Additional costs
to the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and the Board of Examiners
in Physical Therapy within the Department of Professional and Financial
Regulation, Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation associated
with the rulemaking process can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated
with performing background checks are also considered to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
