Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with establishing training and certification standards for probation and parole officers are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Any savings achieved by the Department of Corrections from no longer having to perform the training on these officers are also expected to be minor. No change to the budget is required.
