This bill
authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands (BPL) within the
Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to convey a small
0.34-acre parcel of Public Reserved Land to the Town of Woodstock by
quitclaim deed. The land, part of 175 acres acquired in 2022, will be sold at
fair market value and the revenue received will be deposited to BPL's Oxford
County Acquisitions Account to purchase conservation lands elsewhere in the
county. |
