This bill reduces
the surcharge on a Wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin buyer's permit
from $500 to $160. The bill also allows the harvesting of green crabs without
a license under certain conditions. Any Other Special Revenue Funds revenue
decreases as a result of these changes is not anticipated to be
significant. |

Because the
Aquaculture Monitoring, Research, and Development Fund is not capitalized, no
accompanying deallocations or transfers are required as a result of its
elimination. |
