|
Prohibiting a
facility that stores spent nuclear fuel or certain radioactive waste from
qualifying as an air pollution control facility for the purposes of
eligibility for a property tax exemption may increase municipal tax revenues.
Because the property tax exemption for air pollution control facilities does
not qualify for state reimbursement to municipalities there is no state
fiscal impact. |
