|
The bill
establishes the Distributed Generation and Energy Storage System Program
within the Public Utilities Commission(PUC) and sets certain procurement
requirements for distributed generation resources. The bill includes a
baseline allocation to the PUC of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 to
establish the program and allow expenditures from the account. |
