This bill allows
the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to exchange
approximately 1/4 of an acre of Public Reserved land in Chesuncook Township
for land of comparable market value to resolve a boundary line dispute with a
private landowner. Any costs related
to the transfer will be paid by the private landowner. |
