|
This amendment
replaces the bill's 3 ongoing Environmental Specialist III positions in the
Department of Environmental Protection with 3 limited-period Environmental
Specialist III positions that begin January 1, 2024 and end June 15, 2025.
The General Fund appropriations are reduced by $73,991 to $138,146 in fiscal
year 2023-24 and remain at $293,502 in fiscal year 2024-25. The ongoing
General Fund revenue loss continues to be $2,800,000 annually beginning in
fiscal year 2025-26. |
