|
The bill provides
one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry of $97,722 in fiscal year 2023-24 and of $132,537
in fiscal year 2024-25 for one limit-period Environmental Licensing
Supervisor position and associated costs. This position ends June 7, 2025.
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the department of $5,000 for
contracted legal services in fiscal year 2023-24 and fiscal year 2024-25. The
bill also includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations to the department
of $585 in fiscal year 2023-24 and in fiscal year 2024-25 for the centralized
technology management costs associated with the position. |
