	This bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $53,731 in fiscal year 2024-25 to provide reimbursement for the costs of newly born male infant circumcision beginning July 1, 2024. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP match.
