|
This amendment
changes the part-time Assistant Attorney General position established in the
committee amendment from an ongoing position to a limited-period position. It
also changes the source of funding for the position from the General Fund to
the Medical Use of Cannabis Fund program, Other Special Revenue Funds
account. The net result of these changes is a General Fund savings of $72,387
in fiscal year 2024-25. |
