This amendment
eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriations to the Department of
Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense, Veterans and
Emergency Management (DVEM) and instead includes a one-time General Fund
appropriation of $180,000 to the DVEM in fiscal year 2024-25. |
