|
The School and
Student Supports program within the Department of Education will require
ongoing General Fund appropriations of $84,651 in fiscal year 2023-24 and
$119,555 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one State Education Representative
position and related All Other costs to serve as the Keeping Maine Children
Connected Program Manager to develop, train and maintain a statewide network
of appropriate liaisons to assist children experiencing disruption including
homelessness or unstable residency, placement in foster care, hospitalization
or placement in a correctional institution.
This fiscal note assumes an October 1, 2023 effective date. |
