|
This amendment
removes the ongoing General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health
and Human Services of $2,500,000 beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 to develop
interventions and deliver navigation and case management services for older
adults in each of Maine's coordinated community program areas and replaces it
with a one-time General Fund appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal year 2024-25
for a pilot program that ends September 30th, 2025. |
