|
|
This bill
provides legislative authorization for the lease renewals of certain state
park land and public reserved lots related to utility infrastructure
placements and to also enter into a boundary line adjustment agreement to
correct an incorrect boundary line at Lamoine State Park. Legislative authorization is occurring now
to avoid any potential conflict with certain constitutional requirements for
real estate held by the State. These authorizations will allow ACF to
negotiate lease renewals if necessary. These renewals may include new
revenue. Any Other Special Revenue Funds revenue generated is not anticipated
to be significant. |
