This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,000,000 to the
Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry in fiscal year 2023-24
to contract with the Preble Street Food Security Hub to be used for programs
and infrastructure improvements that address food insecurity throughout the
State. The bill also specifies that
this contract is not subject to the competitive bid requirements of the State
Purchasing Agent. |
