The Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor will require ongoing
General Fund appropriations of $70,914 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $98,741 in
fiscal year 2024-25 for one Labor and Safety Inspector position and related
All Other costs to support the anticipated increase in workload to ensure
compliance with the exemption from immunization requirements for health care
workers under certain conditions. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services from the provisions of
this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
