The Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation (DPFR) has indicated that it will
require ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations totaling $1,014,142
in fiscal year 2023-24 and $1,095,250 in fiscal year 2024-25 for an additional 9 full-time
and 2 half-time positions and related All Other costs to support the
anticipated increase in workload to revew and certify certain applicants'
eligibilty for occupational licensure in the State. The individual boards and offices within
DPFR that will require additional resources are listed below. According to the DPFR, licensing fees may
need to be increased to cover the additional costs. |
