This amendment
changes the effective date from January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025 and adds
an ongoing transfer from the Fund for a Healthy Maine to the undedicated
revenue of the General Fund to offset the General Fund revenue loss. This
eliminates the revenue loss to the General Fund in all years. |
