Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $3,570,293 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $3,710,373 in fiscal year 2024-25 due to the elimination of the certificate of need process. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations for the Service Provider Tax.
