This amendment
eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriations of $75,942 in fiscal year
2023-24 and $101,884 in fiscal year 2024-25 included in the committee
amendment to the Business Development program within the Department of
Economic and Community Development for one Development Program Officer
position and related All Other costs to establish and administer the
Evergreen Housing Zones program and, instead, requires the department to
implement and administer the program within existing budgeted resources. The
ability of the department to do so without impacting other programs and
services cannot be determined at this time. |
