This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $115,894 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one Environmental Specialist
III position to coordinate the rulemaking requirements related to landlords
well water testing for PFAS and other contaminants and the program
implementation, outreach and education to landlords and the creation of
updated brochures adding PFAS testing as part of the uniform recommended well
water testing. |
