Including equines
not raised for racing at a commercial track in the definition of farming
would change the registration requirement for certain vehicles from
commercial to farming, potentially reducing Highway Fund revenue. The
Secretary of State is required to report the financial impact of this change
to the Transportation Committee by January 24th, 2025. |
