legislation can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |

to the Department of Public Safety associated with performing background
checks on applicants for licensure as a physical therapist or physical
therapist assistant can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Other Special Revenue Funds may increase
from additional background check fees.
No change to the budget is required. |
