This amendment
removes the one-time $500 General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2023-24
and adds a one-time $500 Federal Expenditures Fund allocation in fiscal year
2024-25 to allow the department to spend any federal grant funding received
for the replacement of the tracks on the 31 miles of the rail corridor
between the towns of Fryeburg and Standish per the recommendation of the
Mountain Division Rail Use Advisory Council. |
