This amendment
reduces the one-time General Fund appropriation in the bill by $150,000 in
fiscal year 2024-25. As amended, this bill includes a one-time General Fund
appropriation of $50,000 in that year to the School Finance and Operations
program within the Department of Education for the Maine Indian Education
school district to develop and implement a Wabanaki-centered curriculum for
Native American high school students. |
