This amendment
removes a requirement that the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry prepare a report on wood
processer activity and instead directs that if the department submits a
report to the joint standing committee of the legislature having jurisdiction
over forest management matters on the same subject matter, it provide a copy
to the joint standing committee of the legislature having jurisdiction over
energy matters. The Senior Planner position in the bill and all General Fund
appropriations and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are removed. |
