Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes one-time General Fund appropriations totaling $400,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Office of Innovation program within the Department of Education for the establishment of a mobile learning lab for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  Of that amount, $250,000 is appropriated for a mobile learning lab to allow for students in all areas on the State to engage in hands-on learning and $150,000 is appropriated for contracted staffing services to support the mobile learning lab.
