The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Governor's Office of Policy
Innovation and the Future to contract for services to implement a required
working group study and report on methods and options for preventing opioid
overdose deaths. |

Services to serve on the working group can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
