This amendment
requires the Board of Overseers of the Bar to adopt and implement rules for
the designation of a judge or attorney as qualified to supervise a course of
legal study under the law office study program established in committee
amendment "A" and to approve the course of legal study of an
applicant under the program. These requirements do not change the fiscal note
expressed for committee amendment "A". |
