|
The Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry has indicated that its current
staffing capacity is not sufficient to provide staffing services to the
commission. This bill includes General Fund appropriations of $116,504
starting in fiscal year 2024-25 for one Senior Planner position and
associated costs. The bill also includes Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations of $586 starting in fiscal year 2024-25 for technology management
costs related to the position. |

This fiscal note
does not attempt to quantify or describe the costs or value of any land or
resource transfers that may occur in the future as a result of the report
required in this bill. Those costs will be reflected in whatever legislation
may arise in the future from the recommendations made by the commission. |
