This bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 to
the Administration - Economic and Community Development program within the
Department of Economic and Community Development for the cost of a consultant
to facilitate and manage the work of the Blue Economy Task Force. |
|
Any additional
costs to the Department of Marine Resources, the Department of Administrative
and Financial Services, Maine Maritime Academy, the University of Maine
System and the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future to
consult with the task force are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. |
