This bill
includes one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and
Human Services of $170,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $170,000 in fiscal year
2024-25 to provide free classes with information, resources and support to
understand child protective services, facilitated by parents who have
experienced the child protective services system or navigated multiple
complex systems. |
