|
This bill directs
the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) to convene a
stakeholder group to examine issues related to leases of land managed by the
department. The bill directs the ACF to provide staffing to the stakeholder
group within existing budgeted resources. The ACF has indicated that current
staff cannot absorb additional work. The impact on other programs and
services within the ACF cannot be determined at this time. |
