	This bill directs the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to develop, by December 21, 2024, a downloadable software application that allows access to the department's information on hunting and fishing licenses and permits. As the department is required to accomplish this within existing resources, no funding is included in the bill. The impact of these new costs on other programs or services cannot be determined at this time.
