The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of
$131,767 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $135,991 in fiscal year 2024-25 to amend
the MaineCare benefits rules by updating exceptions from its readmission
protocol. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the
FMAP match. |
