|
This bill
includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $3,116,727 and
a one-time Federal Expenditures Fund allocation of $5,495,395 in fiscal year
2023-24 for a one-time payment to the Maine Veterans' Homes supporting the
ongoing operations. The bill also requires a transfer of $2,600,000 in fiscal
year 2023-24 from the Medical Use of Cannabis Fund, Other Special Revenue
Funds account within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services
to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund and a transfer of
$2,600,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Nursing
Facilities-MVH, Other Special Revenue Funds account. |
