This amendment
changes rules regarding suspending or terminating the registration of a
dispensary or caregiver from routine technical to major substantive rules.
Any additional costs to the Office of Cannabis Policy within the Department
of Administrative and Financial Services as a result of this change are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
