The Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor will require General Fund
appropriations of $71,259 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $99,479 in fiscal year
2024-25 for one Labor & Safety Inspector position and related All Other
costs needed to enforce the new flexible working arrangements regulation
beginning October 1, 2023. General
Fund revenue received from fines assessed for violations of this regulation
is expected to be minor. |
