Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $80,839 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $113,407 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Learning Systems program within the Department of Education for one Education Specialist III position and related All Other costs to serve as an early childhood education liaison between the department and the Department of Health and Human Services on matters concerning early childhood education for children from birth to grade 5.
	Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to implement the provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
