	The costs for the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to compile a list of all printed and electronic forms, applications and other documents used by the Executive Branch and other designated agencies that require a person to designate that person's gender and to estimate the time and cost required to include within those forms, applications and other documents an option to designate "X" for gender are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. The additional costs for the Executive Director of the Legislative Council on the part of the Legislature and the State Court Administrator on the part of the Judiciary to compile this information and report it to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
