This bill
requires a school comprehensive health and safety and emergency management
plan approved by a school board to meet nationally recognized practices. These plans were identified as a potential
unfunded state mandate in Public Law 2021, chapter 464. As no definition of nationally recognized
practices is provided in this bill, it is unclear whether additional costs
will be imposed on local school administrative units. |
