Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $129,185 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $133,325 in fiscal year 2024-25 for the reimbursement of a parent providing in-home personal care services to the parent's child by allowing the parent to register as a personal care agency. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
