	Additional costs to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to establish a stakeholder group to examine potential future beneficial public uses of currently unused structures at the Dorothea Dix campus can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to take part in the stakeholder group are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
