costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development to convene a
stakeholder group and the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry, the Department of Public Safety, the Office of the Attorney

Commission to participate in a stakeholder group are expected to be minor and
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
