Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Negotiating with the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to obtain funding for the operation of the Amtrak Downeaster rail service could result in increased revenue. Costs to the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority to conduct that negotiation and to add two new members to the board are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budget resources.
