This bill allows
the Office of Cannabis Policy to impose administrative penalties for
violations of the Medical Use of Cannabis program rules instead of civil
violations. It directs that the revenue from the penalties be credited to the
Medical Use of Cannabis Fund. Any additional costs to the OCP as a result of
other provisions in the bill are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. |
